She is an Indian actress and television presenter who works mainly in Telugu movies. Sreemukhi started her career as a television host 2013 and she is one of the highest paid personalities in Telugu television.
She made her movie debut with Allu Arjun in Julai (2012) and later played the lead role in Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013).
